I have one-number dialing, which means that if you call me at (612) 344-1505, you will get me directly. I do not screen my calls. You will not have to first explain your problem to some legal assistant. You will talk to me. I am available for any legal emergency call 24 hours a day.
The only time that you will deal with a secretary is if I am in court or in a meeting where I am unable to answer your call. In that situation, I will be immediately paged and will return your call as soon as I am available. I return all of my calls and I generally do so within the hour.
